Synopsis

Nina Weiss (Katia Fellin), a German BKA agent, arrives unannounced in Gran Canaria to surprise her mother, Margarethe. At a seaside restaurant, she tries to uncover a long-buried family secret. But her attention is diverted: a woman is being attacked. Without hesitation, Nina intervenes, unaware that it's a covert operation led by Raúl Morales (Miguel Ángel Silvestre), a sergeant in the Spanish Civil Guard.

When a German citizen is found dead near the oil platforms in the port of Las Palmas, Nina is called in to assist with the investigation. To her surprise, her partner is none other than Sergeant Morales. Raúl, affable and easygoing, tries to break the ice, but Nina, more reserved, keeps her distance. Their personalities and methods clash from the start, but they will have to join forces to solve the case.
